Nez Iskandrani, is a Lawrence, Kansas native. Nez's journey led her to the University of William Penn on a volleyball scholarship, where she double majored in history and political science.

Her next stepping stone was at Utah State where she was a graduate assistant. Coaching for the volleyball program meanwhile getting her masters in business. She then got an exciting job offer with the Utah Jazz in youth programs showcased her versatility. Her path then took a surprising turn into the mold industry, working at Pure Maintenance's headquarters. Here, she embraced cutting-edge technology to combat mold illness. Impressed by the impact, Nez acquired a license in Kansas, extending the company's reach and solidifying her commitment to helping people overcome mold-related challenges.
