Join us at the Topeka Country Club for a day of learning and networking! 

For sessions 1, 2, and 3, you can choose between these three topics: 

• Leveraging AI in Real Estate (Val Williams, Envista)
• Real Estate Marketing & Branding (Steven Ross, Renovating KC Design & Daniel Simanovsky, Ignite Marketing)
• Five Simple Tips to CRUSH Your Goals! (John Ringgold, KW One Legacy Partners). 

The instructors have graciously agreed to present each topic three times so you don't miss any classes.

9:00 - Session 1

10:00 - Morning break. Grab a coffee and a pastry while you visit affiliate booths. (Sponsorship available.)

10:15 - Session 2

11:30 - Enjoy lunch sponsored by KST from the country club's fabulous catering department while hearing inspirational stories from the keynote speaker sponsored by Capitol Federal. Coach Damon Parker (https://www.damonparkerspeaks.com/) will share his stories and inspire us to build better human connections.

1:00 - Session 3

2:00 - Afternoon break sponsored by Security 1st. Grab a snack while you visit affiliate booths. 

2:15 - Drawing for Chiefs Tickets sponsored by LeaderOne Financial Corporation! Then Coach Damon will speak again about mastering trust and leadership in real estate.

3:30 - Happy Hour on the patio sponsored by Bank Midwest Mortgage!

Your registration includes the full day of learning and networking, lunch, and two drink tickets. 

Brand-new* SAR members can attend at no cost. (*SAR members who have joined within the last year.)

SAR Members attend for $35.

Non-members attend for $50.
