Marsha is a long time resident of Topeka, moving here in 1984 with her husband, Tom Madl. Their children attended Topeka Public Schools and Washburn University. Marsha obtained her real estate license in 2014.  After 14 years as an Administrative Specialist in Strategic Analysis and Reporting at Washburn University, Marsha joined Tom in the real estate business. Tom and Marsha pride themselves in providing exceptional service while guiding their clients through the buying and selling process.
