About

Molly is a proud graduate of Hayden High School and Washburn University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an associate degree in Mental Health. She is an active member of the Topeka Catholic Community, Washburn Alumni Association, and Al-Anon Family Group. Passionate about empowering youth, Molly serves as a Kids Life Coach and enjoys working with organizations like Girl Scouts and Girls on the Run.

When she’s not outside running, hiking, or tending to her garden, you might find her at a nearby golf course—though she admits she’s more likely to be throwing her clubs than scoring a hole-in-one. Married to her husband, Rick, since 1990, the couple shares a love for golf, traveling, and boating. Together, they have four children: a son who works in construction, a daughter who recently graduated with her nurse practitioners degree and works at Stormont Vail, a daughter married in October 2024 and now teaching second grade in Topeka, and their youngest daughter, who is pursuing a business administration degree at Wichita State University. Rounding out the family are two adorable boxers and three cats.

Communication, organization, networking and marketing are skills Molly acquired from owning her own business coaching children and adults to reach their full processing potential for 11+ years. Molly is enthusiastic and personable while using these skills to coach individuals and families whether you are first time home buyers, families searching for their dream home, or the empty nesters transitioning into their forever home. Molly uses her knowledge gained from working with families in the Topeka community since 1990 to help those transferring to Topeka or a different area of Topeka.  She is knowledgeable of neighborhood areas, schools, and local housing trends.
