Rachelle was born and raised in Council Grove, KS and moved to Topeka in 1993. She has been actively buying and selling real estate independently for the past 25 years and have been a landlord in Topeka since 2000. In 2005, she decided to make the hobby she loved into her full time profession. Whether it's helping a first time home buyer, investor,  or a buyer that is moving up or scaling down....she enjoys it all. Over the past 10 years, she has also been referred by multiple attorneys in town to help their clients with homes that are part of estates/probate. No matter the scenario....she can help.

Rachelle has been highly awarded by the local association of Realtors over the years. In 2006, Rachelle was recognized as one of the Top 15% of agents in Topeka, as well as one of the Top 5% of Topeka Realtors in 2007. In 2012, she was admitted as a member of the Masters Club for the Topeka Area Association of Realtors. And in 2023 received the prestigious Andy Anderson Award.
