Summer Taylor has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015. She has a passion for all things- real estate. She and her husband purchased their first home in 2003. They have done renovations to all 3 houses they’ve called “home”.  Summer feels that she has gained hands-on knowledge of the process from roofs & gutters to foundations. “I don’t know if being a home-owner has taught me more about the trade or being an agent has taught me more about homeownership” Summer says. While she is not an expert, she can use the information from what she’s learned to recommend qualified experts to assess.

Summer has lived in Overbrook, KS for majority of her life. She and her family currently reside just outside of the city limits. She enjoys working in Osage County and surrounding areas. “I want to help people make educated decisions about their purchases. Owning real estate is one of the biggest transactions a person makes in their life, they should have the tools needed to do so confidently.” Said Summer

When not working on her own renovation projects, Summer can be found at her childrens’ ball games, volunteering in her community, school PTO, church, or as Board Member for Overbrook Public Library. She adores being outside, whether that’s relaxing on the porch with a great book or riding ATV’s with her family.
